This Privacy Policy explains how the application "Ellie Kennedy Hello! Pin Manager" (the "App"), operated by Ellie Kennedy Hello! ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with its use of the Pinterest API.
The App is a personal automation tool used solely by Ellie Kennedy Hello! to publish original content (images and short-form videos) to our own Pinterest business account. The App does not provide functionality to other Pinterest users; it does not collect, process, or store information from any end user other than the App operator.
Through the Pinterest API, the App accesses the following only with respect to the App operator's own Pinterest business account:
The App does not access, collect, or store information about any Pinterest user other than the App operator. The App does not access information about followers, comments, private messages, or audience demographics of any third party.
The App does not:
API tokens and operational data used by the App are stored locally on devices controlled by the App operator. They are not transmitted to any third-party server beyond Pinterest's own API endpoints and, where used for content metadata generation, the Anthropic API. Per Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, content sent to the Anthropic API is not retained for model training.
Pins published by the App may include destination links to products on Amazon.com through the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate, the App operator earns commissions from qualifying purchases made through these links. This affiliate relationship is disclosed in pin descriptions where required by FTC guidelines and Pinterest's Community Guidelines. The App does not collect any data about users who click through these affiliate links; any data collection following the click is governed by Amazon's privacy policy, not this one.
Operational data (logs, posting history, perceptual hashes used for deduplication) is retained locally for as long as needed to operate the App. The App does not retain data about Pinterest users.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children. Content published by the App is intended for general audiences.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new effective date at the top of this policy. Material changes will be reflected in any account or app description where this policy is referenced.
